Vanessa Singleton has a classic, non-accented American voice, and her natural speaking voice has been described as inviting and warm. She has an approachable, girl-next-door charm and fun, upbeat energy that engages listeners and puts them at ease. But don't be fooled. As the Marilyn-like 'BRANDI' in 'Rogues & Prodigies,' it's a bit of a challenge to put out the fire she sets to the role.
Vanessa is relatively new to voice work. She left a long career in entertainment marketing to pursue her passion for acting and has never looked back. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she traveled back east for college to study musical theater at NYU, and is happy to finally be putting all her training to use! She works out of her home studio in LA, often with a foster kitten or two in her lap. In her spare time, Vanessa hosts and produces a podcast called Boos and Brews where she and her best friend tell each other ghost stories while drinking thematically appropriate beer, and she plays in several tabletop RPG campaigns for Old Magic Gaming.
