Dave Jackson has spent his life utilizing his vocal and entertainment skills in his never-ending quest to connect with people. His current focus is voice acting - he works with clients to provide recorded and edited voiceover work for commercials (including the NFL and Yahoo sports), and has narrated two audio books; “A Necessary End,” By Chris Tetrault Blay, and “Crimson Snow,” for author Willian Ciccotti. He has previously worked as a teacher, preparing and presenting lesson plans designed to capture and hold the attention of middle-schoolers. At present, Dave has been hired to host a new television show called “Modern Classics” for the producers of the unscripted reality show, “Wicked Tuna,” that they hope will be picked up by a network. He is also the voice of “Big Fish” in The Cartoon Network animated series, “Deep in the Bowl.” Dave got his start in the entertainment industry in his early twenties, as the lead singer, guitar player and "front man" for a regional band that went on to spend years touring the United States. These days, when Dave isn't recording voiceovers, he can be found guitar in-hand, writing a new song or jamming with other local musicians.
